Frequently asked questions
Can I export my maps from Zetamap?
Yes; we currently support exporting your map in JSON format, which contains all of your notes and connections. Exporting your map is always free for all users.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade your plan at any time. When you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. All maps will be retained when reverting from paid to free, however only your most recent two maps will stay editable.
Does Zetamap support collaboration?
Zetamap supports collaboration through shared maps; only paid users can create shared maps, but all users can view them. We do not currently have support for real-time collaboration, but we are working on it!
